November Athlete Training In Corpus Christi
In November we’ve got our great athlete training programs once again at both our locations. We’ll be in Downtown Corpus on Broadway and training back to the Tuloso-Midway/Calallen area at our Leopard location.
We’ve got our same training programs going this month.
Our Speed Agility Strength program that trains once or twice weekly, our Jump Foundation for those beginning to work on their jump and finally our Vertical Power program for those who want to continue building their vertical.

How It Will Work
- Broadway Training is Sunday, Monday, & Wednesday
- Leopard Training is Tuesday & Thursday
- All can be scheduled at either facility weekly

- 1pm – Speed Agility Training
- 2pm – Vertical Power Training
- 3pm – Speed Agility Training

Wednesday’s @ Broadway
- 5:30pm – Speed Agility Training
- 6:30pm – Jump Foundation Training
- 7:30pm – Vertical Power Training
Thursday’s @ Leopard
- 5:30pm – Speed Agility Training
- 6:30pm – Speed Agility Training
- 7:30pm – Vertical Power Training
Once you’re registered in our system you’ll just schedule your speed agility or jump training workouts at the facility of your choice that week.
