HERE ARE A FEW THINGS WE HAVE TO OFFER
GET QUICKER STRONGER MORE AGILE
- Speed Strength Agility Training – For grades 6-12th focusing on quickness, agility and building strength training as well for today’s athletes. This is our standard program great for any athlete who wants quicker feet, be more athletic, and stronger. With session and times Sunday’s-Thursdays.
DO YOU NEED TO JUMP HIGHER
We’ve seen some of our athletes increase their approach vertical up to 6 inches by putting in work in our jump training programs. We know this, if you’re willing to commit to 3 months of consistent focused work through our programs you’re vertical will increase.
- Jump Technique Training – A twice a week program for grades 8th-12th that is our foundation program to getting a higher jump. Athletes younger than 8th should be focusing on becoming better athletes. In this training program we focus solely on fixing and fine tuning any jumpers technique over 30 days. This trains Sunday’s at 2pm and Wednesday’s at 5:30pm
IF YOU’VE GONE THROUGH OUR JUMP TECHNIQUE TRAINING YOU CAN NEXT STEP UP TO OUR JUMP STRENGTH TRAINING AND REALLY BEGIN TO ELEVATE YOUR JUMP
- Jump Strength Training Programs – For those athlete who have gone through our Jump Technique, step up into the next level of improving your jump through strength and explosive training with also continuing to refine your jump. Sessions from Monday’s-Thursdays
