Here’s How To Start The Year Of Right With Your Athlete

FIRST OPPORTUNITY — ATHLETE TRAINING

Your athletes success in sports starts with being a high level athlete. That means they need to be more athletics. It’s not just about more and more volleyball training. It’s about being quicker, jumping higher, being more athletic. Our Athlete Sports Performance Training: designed to help your daughter take her athleticism to the next level to meet the demands of today’s athletes.

We have our:

  • ONCE & TWICE WEEKLY SPEED AGILITY STRENGTH PROGRAM – Our program to develop a quicker more durable overall athlete.
  • JUMP FOUNDATION – This trains once a week on Sunday’s and must be taken before going into our Vertical Jump or our New Volleyball Jump & Hitting Program
  • VERTICAL JUMP – A twice a week training program to develop a stronger more explosive jump

SECOND OPPORTUNITY — MIDDLE SCHOOL VOLLEYBALL BOOTCAMP

Sharpen your skills at our Volleyball Boot Camp just for Middle School Volleyball Players in Grades 6th-8th on Saturday, Jan. 21st from 9:30am-12pm

Our Boot Camp is perfect for intermediate players who want to get in some great training, competitiveness and improve their skills.
